The first part of the World Championship dressage event began at 1.30 p.m. sharp. The spectators who were present in the stands at beginning of the event were right to do so as Andrew Nicholson performing his test with his grey horse Avebury was not to be missed.

The 22nd edition of the World Championships began on Thursday morning with the first part of the dressage event of the World Championship for 6 year old horses.
